Anirban Bose received his B. Tech degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology, India in 2002 and M.Tech in Control System Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India in 2006. He received his Ph.D. degree in Engineering (Information Technology) from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur (formerly known as Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur), India in 2019. He is now working as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering at Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur, India since July, 2006. His research interests include Digital Image Watermarking and Secret Sharing, Compressed Sensing, Medical Image Processing, Image Denoising, Macine Learning, Deep Learning, Time Series Analysis. He has published 9 research papers in International Journals and Conference Proceedings. He received IEEE Young Professional Best paper award in Computational Intelligence, Communications, and Business Analytics (CICBA) – 2017. Recently, he has organized a workshop titled as “Basics of Python” conducted jointly by IIT Bombay and FOSSEE at Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur.
